Let's Motivate Each Other ~ 28 April 2009

There'll be a training run scheduled for tomorrow evening, 28 April 2008 at the Kota Kemuning Lakeside. Starting point will be at the lakeside directly opposite Maybank. Anyone interested may join us there at 6.00 pm.

Morning Run ~ 19 April 2009

Anyone interested for a morning run together can join us at the Kota Kemuning Lakeside park on Sunday, 19 April 2009.

The meeting place will be at the lakeside, directly opposite Maybank. The run will begin from 7.15 am. Distance will be at your own convenience and endurance.
